How I help
Put documents, correspondence, expenses, and open questions in order. Create a clear timeline and a practical way to track what’s been requested, submitted, paid, and left unresolved.
Lay out the next steps with your team. Organize questions for specialists, prepare for meetings, and keep track of the information and decisions each stage needs.
Regular check-ins to update the plan, track follow-ups, and keep the details from getting lost. Support alongside your attorney or public adjuster, or help getting prepared before you meet.
Why I do this
Our 1912 Craftsman survived the Eaton Fire. The smoke damage set off a recovery process that became a full-time job.
We have two young children. Before bringing them home, I wanted to understand what was left behind, what needed to be done, and how the results would be checked. Our house was still standing, but that didn’t answer those questions. Getting clear answers—for our children and our own health—is what has driven this work.
I’ve handled our personal claim and claims under two business policies, working closely with our attorney. Our personal contents submission alone ran to 688 pages.
I brought in industrial hygienists, building and code specialists, general contractors, and designers. I learned to keep the testing, remediation, rebuilding questions, accounting, and correspondence connected—and to keep asking when answers didn’t resolve the problem.
I’ve also advocated for stronger protections for people with smoke-damage claims. Our own recovery is still underway. I bring that ongoing, firsthand experience to helping others organize the work ahead.

Hours are a preliminary reconstruction of claim-related work through July 15, 2026, rounded down. Work since then is not included.
Working together
We start with where you are: what’s happened, who’s involved, what you’re keeping track of, and what feels stuck. From there, we build an organizational system and a working plan, with check-ins as things develop.
For attorneys and public adjusters, I can help organize a client’s records, assemble chronologies, maintain expense documentation, and track outstanding requests for the team’s review.
My role is practical organization and coordination. Your licensed professionals handle legal advice, claim representation, tax advice, and technical findings.
